To ensure your watch will not be damaged, we recommend that all modification work must be performed by a professional.

Why is my coupon code invalid?

Coupon codes have expiration dates and cannot be used more than once. They also have to abide by certain guidelines, e.g. minimum purchase value or time of the year.

Once an order is executed, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail.

Yes! Watch-Modz now offers international shipping. All international packages are subject to a $15USD flat rate shipping fee.

When will my order arrive?

All orders ship with either USPS 3-Day First-Class Mail or 2-Day Priority Mail depending on package weight.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.

Why am I receiving more than one package for a single order?

Due to COVID-19, packages will be shipping from multiple warehouses. It is not uncommon to receive 2 packages for 1 order. This will be at no extra cost to you.
