Can I replace the watch parts myself?

To ensure your watch will not be damaged, we recommend that all modification work must be performed by a professional.

Why is my coupon code invalid?

Coupon codes have expiration dates and cannot be used more than once. They also have to abide by certain guidelines, e.g. minimum purchase value or time of the year.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped typically within 1-3 business days, however most packages ship same day.

Once an order is executed, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail.

Can you ship to my country?

Yes! Watch-Modz now offers international shipping. All international packages are subject to a shipping fee.

When will my order arrive?

All orders ship with either USPS 3-Day First-Class Mail or 2-Day Priority Mail depending on package weight.

ALERT: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. We can NOT be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers!

Return Questions

Can I request for a return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping delays are not grounds for a return, however packages lost in transit will be refunded after 30 days of no delivery.

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number. Watch-Modz will not be responsible for the return shipping.

How to start a return?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send back your package. However, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 30-day return policy for all mod parts, which means you have 30 days after receiving your parts to request a return. (This is limited to a 7-day return policy on completed watches)

Will I need to pay international duties or fees (VAT)?

(International Customers Only) Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Taxes may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped, and amount of order. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Watch-Modz LLC cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance (where applicable). Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Can I return or exchange a FIFTYFOUR watch purchased through Watch-Modz?

You may return your new FIFTYFOUR Watch within 7 days of delivery, this policy applies to original price you paid for a full refund (Watch-Modz LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs). We will not consider exchanges, and the best course of action when wanting a different model would be to return for a refund, and then purchase the model you’d like in a new order. Before returning any items, please notify us by e-mail at Help@Watch-Modz.com. The buyer is responsible to pay the return postage to our Virginia USA facility, unless the items we send are incorrect or damaged in which case we will cover return shipping cost. Item(s) which show clear signs of use do not qualify for a return. We will only accept returns on new items. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 7-day return period stated previously. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

If I buy a FIFTYFOUR Watch on your site, where will I return it?

ALL FIFTYFOUR Watches bought through Watch-Modz will be returned to our Virginia, USA location.

What if my FIFTYFOUR Watch needs repair covered under warranty?

All FIFTYFOUR Watches bought on our site will be sent to our repair facility in Virginia, USA where we will perform all repairs in-house with parts provided by FIFTYFOUR Watch. All repairs are subject to a wait time which varies depending on severity of repair, and availability of parts needed for said repair.

Why is the coupon code not working for my FIFTYFOUR Watch?

All coupons and discounts offered on site are provided by Watch-Modz for all Watch-Modz branded parts. Coupons, discounts, and/or any other sale or sale like structure will not be applicable to FIFTYFOUR Watches provided on Watch-Modz website.

What is the shipping cost on completed watches?

All completed watches bought through Watch-Modz will carry a $25 flat rate shipping fee due to weight. This includes modded watches, FIFTYFOUR Watches, and any other completed watch we may happen to sell on our website.

What prices are your website in?

ALL Prices on Watch-Modz are listed in USD (United States Dollar). Please do your conversions BEFORE checkout. Our website does not show any conversions until after checkout due to fluctuations in conversion rates.

Why did I receive 2 packages after buying a FIFTYFOUR Watch from your site?

If you purchase a FIFTYFOUR watch from us, then you will receive only 1 package. However, if you purchase a FIFTYFOUR Watch and additional parts, the parts will arrive separately from the watch due to size and weight constraints with our shipping providers.
